Filing a notice

To file a DMCA takedown notice, send a written communication to our designated agent that includes substantially the following:

1. Identification of the copyrighted porn work claimed to have been infringed.
2. Identification of the material on SexHub that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL of the specific porn video.
3. Your full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A good-faith statement that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat infringers
